Dear Parents / Guardians,

RE: REQUEST FOR YOUR CHILD’S INVOLVEMENT IN SOCCER ACTIVITIES

Blue Stars United has continued to grow both physically

and spiritually. The Physical part of the Academy is slowly growing

every weekend when we meet for training at Woodland’s “B” and

Kabulonga Boys. The numbers of the people joining the Academy is

also steadily increasing. In view of these changes taking place

there is a need to refocus its energies on

nurturing and sustaining this growth. One way of sustaining this

growth is to ensure that our children are brought up with a love of

exposing the talent which God has given them to use it for the Glory of

God, at an early age, before they are exposed to the often negative and

secular messages of the modern world. We are also helping them not

only realize their talents but help them to be responsible people in

society. We help them have discipline not only for the sport but for life

in general. By highlighting social issues that affect them including

HIV/AIDS, child abuse, drug and alcohol abuse.

In line with our Lords call to “Train up a child in the way he should go”

the Academy launched a website:

you tube, face book the name is Blue Stars United and

twitter is Blue Stars United, In this regard we wish to appeal to you as

a Parent/Guardian to support the activities of Blue Stars United by

allowing your Childs participation in the activities of the Blue Stars United

which run every Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 14hrs to 1600hrs.

We target boys aged between 10-17years and we are

registered with Lusaka Football Associations, we are part of the annual

games for Zambian Football. we shall endeavor to provide

refreshments for the player and many other things that may be in

needed to encourage their participation.
